AOP Touraine Rosé “Moulin des Aigremonts”2023 Liger d’Argent by Vins du Beaujardin
Beautiful rosé wine with a salmon pink dress and is a great example of a Loire Valley rosé. This dry and fruity rosé will be perfect on your table in summer for your BBQ with grilled meats and salad. The Appellation d’Origine Protégée (AOP) Touraine is one of the most important appellations in the Loire Valley: Between Chambord and Azay-le-Rideau, via Chenonceaux and Chaumont-sur-Loire, its 5,000 hectares of vineyards unfold as far as the eye can see, here overlooking the Loire, and along the Cher river. This wine won a silver medal at the Concours des Ligers in 2024.
Tasting: Dry and fruity with aromas of strawberry and raspberry aromas marked by English candy aromas.
Pairings: Great as an aperitif, or with fish, grilled meat, summer salads.
