Age Restriction
Customer Promise On Quality
If you purchase wine on our site and you are unhappy with the quality or simply do not like the wine, we will refund you for the wine that has not been opened and remains in saleable condition on its return. (See returns policy).
Breakages
If your wine should not arrive in reasonable condition you should notify us as soon as possible. If the wine is visibly damaged on delivery you should refuse delivery and request that the wine is returned to us and we will replace it free of charge when we are notified of this by you. (Please see delivery information below to see how you can minimise the risk of breakages when you order).
Availability
Wine is an agricultural product and although we do our best to avoid it, at times a wine or stated vintage may become unavailable. Please note that current vintages are displayed in both the title and vintage field in the wine description. Vintages shown on both label and bottle shots of wines may not be representative of current vintage.
Purchases
The prices for goods displayed for sale on the Site are as displayed on the Site, and are inclusive of VAT and Duty at rates valid as of time of purchase. Additional charges include delivery fees only, and these prices are clearly marked on the ‘Checkout’ page, and advertised on the ‘Delivery’ page. All prices are quoted in Euro. They include VAT and are per bottle or per case as marked. We do not accept responsibility for typographical errors. Prices can change at any time without notice.
By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract.
By making that offer to purchase goods, you are also authorising Vin Délivré Limited and any payment processor used by the company to pre validate the Debit or Credit card presented for payment for the full value of the goods and related service charges contained in your basket. Your card will not be charged until the offer to purchase has been accepted by Vin Délivré and the goods have been dispatched by us or 3rd parties acting on under our instruction.
We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive an email, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Delivery Information
Shipping Charges: Republic of Ireland
€8.50 – 2-5 working days delivery (orders received before 1pm)
We do not deliver to any other countries.
If you do wish to send multiple cases to different addresses then each address will be regarded as one drop.
Vin Délivré Limited do not seek to make money from our delivery charges and unlike some other sites we do not build delivery charges into the price of our wines.
Delivery
Vin Délivré Limited offer a nationwide delivery service. Generally, deliveries are made 2-5 working days after dispatch. We cannot guarantee a specific date as we use a third-party delivery service. Deliveries cannot be made at the weekend. For orders placed at the weekend the first day of delivery is the Tuesday. Deliveries are made during business hours (9am – 5pm) and somebody must be present to sign for it. If this is impossible, please choose to have it delivered to a business address. It is mandatory that a contact number and Eircode are provided for all delivery address.
Cancellation Of Orders, Returns & Refunds
You can return your order up to 7 days after you have placed it for a restocking fee of €15 plus card fees.
Any order that is processed and returned will incur a restocking fee.
Simply contact us by phone on +353 1 564 8124 from outside Ireland or email us on info@vindelivre.ie. When contacting us, please provide us with your order number, as per displayed on your order confirmation.
You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days, which begins on the day after you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, we will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 30 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, Vin Délivré offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery charges incurred. Simply contact us by phone or email (details above) and we’ll take care of the rest!
Note: Returns and Restock cost €15 per order, plus card handling fee.

At Vin Délivré we want you to be happy with our wines and service at all times and will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have as quickly as possible.
Limited Warranties
Vin Délivré Limited will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Vin Délivré Limited obtains the Content and because of the nature of the Internet, Vin Délivré Limited does not give you any other warranties. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Vin Délivré Limited makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Limitation Of Liability
In respect of the Content that is available on the Site, Vin Délivré Limited will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve faults. You agree that Vin Délivré Limited will not be responsible for any losses (other than damages for death or personal injury resulting from Vin Délivré Limited negligence) you may incur as a result of your use or non-use of that Content.
Privacy Policy
Vin Délivré Limited is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our Site. The information that you provide about yourself to Vin Délivré Limited will only be used by Vin Délivré Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in place at the time of your visit to the Site.

Vin Délivré Limited is not responsible and shall not be liable for the availability or content of these outside resources. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements / terms & conditions of every website.
