A melting pot of flavors and grape varieties, these grapes survived the intense heat of summer 2022. The result is a fresh wine with an intriguing alcohol content.

Patience was key as we awaited the much-needed September rains, which greatly benefited the vines. Harvesting took place on September 28 and 29, 2022.

This cuvée is a blend of Castets, Jurançon Noir, Béquignol, Mérille, and Petit Verdot.

In 1979, wine cellars in Plaisance, Aignan, and Saint-Mont combined their initials to form Plaimont in Saint-Mont, Gers. In 1999, the Condom cellar joined, including the Côtes de Gascogne and Côtes du Condomois PGIs. Located in South-West France, Plaimont’s vineyards span from the Pyrenees foothills to Gascony’s rolling hills.

This Colombard and Gros Manseng blend is a bright lemon-green. The nose features crisp citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, evolving into white peach and quince on the palate. The wine is lively and easy-drinking, with Colombard’s crispness complementing Gros Manseng’s riper character.

A geoglyph is a giant drawing on the ground made from stones and pebbles. This vintage pays homage to the art of these inspired creators who succeeded in sculpting their natural environment in a unique way. This wine comes from the most beautiful terroirs of the Madiran vineyard on soils of rolled pebbles from the Maucor vein. Winegrowers, from generation to generation, have sought to shape this terroir in order to extract the best expression from it.

The Château Chillac et Quillet estate, where these grape varieties are cultivated, has a long history of winemaking. Today, through careful management of grape maturity and optimal harvesting, they fully capture the characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, both in aroma and flavour, as well as in colour.

The wine presents a powerful and complex bouquet, featuring vibrant notes of pineapple, lime, and citrus, complemented by white fruits such as pear. ouraine Chenonceaux White from Vins du Beaujardin is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are cultivated in the Cher Valley, characterized by good light, regular ventilation, and low rainfall. The winemaking process involves direct pressing, cold settling, and fermentation in stainless steel vats, with aging on fine lees until at least April 30 following the harvest. The wine features a golden color with silver highlights and a nose of citrus fruits and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and lemony with a round and creamy finish. Ideal for pairing with scallops or enjoying as an aperitif, this wine has good aging potential.
