Why did we choose this wine?
When we think of sparkling wine, this is the wine we reach for. We will pick this one up before any of the traditional champagnes also. The grapes are handled with the utmost care and hand harvested and is aged for 36 months. It has an elegant petillance and lovely toasty, brioche aromas.
Tasting: Brioche aromas, toasted, round and creamy mouth, elegant bubbles.
Pairings: As an aperitif, fish in sauce or dessert.
