Domaine Cordaillat Reuilly Les Sables
Coming from a specific terroir, as its name suggests, this white is the result of long tillage. It gives fine wines reflecting the minerality of the terroir, and can be appreciated by everyone. Emblematic vineyard of Berry, Reuilly is deeply rooted in the history of Center-Loire wines. Today, the Reuilly vineyard is one of the most dynamic, and is gradually expanding to offer its wines to more and more curious wine drinkers.
Tasting: Delicate aromas, subtle perfumes on rather floral notes. A persistent, long and harmonious finish.
Pairings: Suitable as an aperitif, and perfectly accompanies shellfish and seafood starters as well as fish dishes. It is sublime with dry goat cheeses (e.g., Crottin de Chavignol).
