This is a smooth, easy drinking white without too much acidity and a medium finish. Very easy to enjoy and we love their approach to winemaking. They prohibit the use of insecticides and anti-botrytis treatments, focusing instead on sustainable practices such as soil grassing and meticulous soil management.
