We loved Laurent’s style when we met him. He calls himself a Cuvée Pirate as part of a larger group in the Entre de Mers region of Bordeaux who promote organic wines who don’t fall in the appellation guidelines. Some wines that don’t adhere to appellation guidelines can challenge the mainstream way Bordeaux should taste and you can find some fun and exciting wines in this category.
