#Ono Chardonnay 2022
Honorine took her first steps in the family cellar at Domaine de la Commanderie, in the Chinon appellation. She followed in the footsteps of her father and older sister Clothilde, and then decided to produce her own range of wines, which she signs with her pseudonym #Ono. The vineyards where these grapes are grown are committed to organic an sustainable viticulture and are making wines outside the traditional Chinon appellation to create some new and exciting wines. Only 17.8% of wine makers are women and we are delighted to promote the female vignerons who are up and coming in the industry.
Tasting: Exotic notes underlined by the Loire Valley minerality.
Pairings: Asian cuisine, seafood, poultry, as an aperitif or with a salmon bagel.
