Plaimont Projoe 2021
Petit Courbu is a traditional grape of the Pyrenees region and it is traditionally married to the Gros Manseng grape that produces a wonderful balance between the two. This wine has a wonderful texture that coats the mouth. We like this blend and again, these are not blends that you would normally pick up in the wine aisle. This wine received a 91/100 from Falstaff.
Tasting: Citrusy, mango, pineapple, with high acidity and well balanced
Pairings: Smoked fish, mushroom risotto or a Paris-Brest dessert.
