Saint Mont Capeu 2020
We liked the variety of grapes in this blend which creates a well-balanced, smooth red that is very versatile. The Saint Mont appellation is located in the south west of France at the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. Unusually, this area has a cool micro climate and very fertile soil and produces full bodied reds. This red is so easy to drink and just an enjoyable bottle to have on the table.
Tasting: Dark berry fruit and mild spices
Pairings: Enjoy with Grilled red meats, tapas, white meats and mild cheeses
